Seems that the Instructor isn't using the CD and basically sounded as though he found no value in it. I think that book decisions are made at a higher level than his. He had stated that he thought the earlier version had more writings included. I think that the new edition does leave out a lot and just rearranged the chapters. Paying more and getting less.
