I try to read your blog at least several times a week. I certainly hope that the problem was minor and glad to hear that Bookeen is working with you. They are a good bunch of guys. These things happen and it's best to find out early rather than later. Sorry to hear about the pdb files. I was hoping that eventually books from ereader.com would work with the Cybook. Yep, it is *I*, the man capable of 'bricking' a Cybook with a single ebook upload! :-/ Just wanted to say that Bookeen is working with me to extract my Cybook from it's horrendous condition and we hope to have it 'de-bricked' by the end of the day. It may well be that BookDesigner's palmreader pro (.pdb) format is not the best as they've been having trouble even opening it. That's strange because I used my 2006 NaNoWriMo entry - from the plain-vanilla .rtf file - to create the .pdb file. Of course, I've only used BD for creating a .pdb file ONCE. That's right, before I used the eReader Studio from eReader to create the .pdbs for my Axim x51v. And considering that the mobi files I've created with BD have worked flawlessly on the Cybook, I don't really see any further need to use it to create .pdb files. Derek Benner Hi.
