Some CC and PayPal buyers were able to get refunds from CM (by disputing the charges) and have bought & received Eee PCs elsewhere. Others have finally received shipping notices from Citrus Micro. Hopefully they will post good news soon. I hope you'll post any updates, should Kellen change his mind and decide he likes the tiny Eee. It's great to have a kid's eye view of new technology. However, you don't have the same rights as you do under the law with a credit card. We've been ripped off using PayPal before -- a guy never sent the item we paid for and then emptied his PayPal account. We "won" but there was no money for PayPal to return to us. Sorry Charlie.
